Financial Policy

Our goal is to not let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need. Our practice will assist you by filing your insurance claims. We will maximize your insurance benefits and attempt to estimate any remaining balance. To facilitate our goal, we have developed the following financial options:

1. Cash or Check:

If your treatment plan is over $1000.00 and you pay for your treatment in full, in advance or on the day of your appointment we offer a 5% bookkeeping courtesy.

2. Payment Plans:

We have two payment plans:

A) Payment in 90 days: Three monthly payments by pre-authorizing your checking account (debit card) or an existing credit card. Your account will be billed for three payments on the dates specified by the patient. The first payment is due on the date of service.

B) Care Credit: Care Credit is a line of credit that can be established privately on line and we offer up to 12 months interest free (OAC). Care Credit offers other plans up to 60 months with competitive interest rates. Care Credit allows us to help make the smile you’ve always wanted affordable.

For your convenience we also accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

*If for any reason the estimated amount is not paid by your insurance company, it becomes your obligation.
